Bowman Investment Group Owner Goes Back To Jail

The former owner of Bowman Investment Group is back behind bars after police say he allegedly violated the terms of his pre-trial release agreement.

Richard Buswell had been charged with various financial fraud charges. But Buswell was rejailed after police raided several Curious Goods stores which he is a co-owner of. In those raids, nearly 1.7 million dollars in illegal synthetic drugs were confiscated. Buswell now faces additional charges of distribution of controlled substances. Police say Buswell caused more than 100 clients in the Lafayette area to lose  more than 8-million dollars.
