UPDATE – Bridge Closure In Iberia Parish Cancelled For Today

Update: The planned bridge closure in Iberia Parish has been cancelled for today.

Beginning at 9:00 a.m. today, La. 87 (Lewis Street Bridge) over Bayou Teche will be closed for maintenance repair to the bridge barriers. This is scheduled to last until 12:00 p.m., weather permitting.

DOTD officials advise you should detour via LA. 87, LA. 3195 (Nelson Canal Bridge), and La. 182.
