District 3 Lafayette Parish Councilman Josh Carlson was on Acadiana Morning News to discuss several major issues facing LCG. Among them, he discussed the city council's Protect the City Committee and the parish council's response to it ("We are trying to react and pivot and add to the conversation after the fact. I wish we would have been included from the beginning. We want to be part of the conversation."). He also discussed the controversy surrounding the library board and the recent appointment of Robert Judge to the board ("I stand behind every person I supported and voted for to be on the library board. I think they are the best people and most qualified and have the right idea of how we change course and make sure the library is in a better position 10 years from now than it is today.")
