Congress Shop Rite Robbed

A Shop Rite on Congress Street was robbed last night. Lafayette Police say two black men entered the store and held the clerk at gunpoint. The suspects fled after taking an undetermined amount of cash from the register. The clerk was not harmed during the incident. If you have any information, please call Crime Stoppers at 232-TIPS.
