A Pregnancy Center & Clinic is partnering with Diaper Collective of Acadiana to host the diaper drive to provide help in the community during the pandemic. Anyone needing diapers sizes 1-4 is welcome to drive by and pick up some.

According to KATC, Kennedy Miquez, Director of the Diaper Collective of Acadiana, said she has seen people struggling during the pandemic and she is ready to help those in need. Miquez is right. This is a scary time for many with the pandemic causing job losses and businesses all across the nation being affected.  With that said, hopefully, they will have a good turn out and many will show up to help.

Safety protocols will be in place and this event will be completely hands-free. All you have to do is drive-up and they will put the diapers and wipes in your trunk, then you just drive away.

The Diaper Collective of Acadiana wants to strengthen the resilience of the Acadiana region through providing diapers and other hygiene items to local families in need. If you have the ability to help, they will take your donations.

A Pregnancy Center & Clinic provides services to assist young teen girls and women who are facing an unplanned pregnancy. All of their services are free and confidential.
