Camden Barnard is battling cancer again and we won't let this 10-year-old boy from Lafayette go through this battle alone.

His father, Pat Barnard, tells us that Cam's spirits are high and that he knows he has an entire community in his corner, but he still needs our help.

"Be A Match" will host a DNA collection event this Saturday (April 10, 2021) in hopes of finding a match for when Cam needs a bone marrow transplant, which could ultimately save his life.

All that they have to do is swab your mouth at this event to find out if you're a candidate to help Camden during the transplant. Anyone ages 18-44 can participate in this event.

There will be free food on-site and a mobile blood donor bus will be there to collect donations under Camden's name.

The event will happen Saturday starting at 11 am at Keller Williams located at 100 Asma Blvd. Suite 100.

Camden is currently being treated in New Orleans and the support for this young boy been amazing.

We know it's difficult, but Acadiana is behind you Cam and we can't wait to celebrate your next victory.
