Downtown Alive! Announces Lineup For Spring 2020 Concert Season

Downtown Lafayette will be coming alive soon and the music lineup for the 2020 spring season has been announced!

The Spring Downtown Alive! season will begin in March and provide free, family-friendly concerts through the middle of April. DTA! takes place on Friday nights in Downtown Lafayette, beginning with the “Happiest Hour” at 5:00 PM, followed by music and fun until 9:00 PM. The concerts are the perfect way to kick off a weekend in the heart of Lafayette with a little music and dancing with friends before heading to a Downtown restaurant or bar to continue the fun.

CEO of the Downtown Development Authority and Downtown Lafayette Unlimited Anita Begnaud says the excitement is already in the air.

Downtown Lafayette is buzzing with excitement about this upcoming season of Downtown Alive! DTA! is one of our community’s most beloved traditions, and we are grateful to ‘keep the music alive’ for families this Spring as we lead up a season full of amazing events including Mardi Gras, Po-boy Festival, Bach Lunch, Festival International, and Downtown Rising. We hope that Acadiana will join us Downtown on Friday nights to kick off the weekend.
