Driver Of Motorcycle In Serious Condition Following Crash In Lafayette

LAFAYETTE, La. (KPEL) -- The driver of a motorcycle is in a local hospital in serious condition following a crash on West Congress Street Sunday evening.

Cpl. Paul Mouton with Lafayette Police says the driver of the motorcycle and the driver of a white Honda were driving in opposite directions when they both entered the left turning lane at the same time.

Mouton says the motorcycle crashed into the Honda head on.

No one in the car was injured.

Mouton says the crash remains under investigation.
