Drought Continues

Much of Louisiana is suffering through extreme drought conditions, no matter the situation with the swollen Mississippi River.  State Climatologist Barry Keim says the two events are interrelated in that storm tracks in recent weeks and months in the middle section of the U.S. have set up the conditions for both situations.
