Exam Cheating Scandal Hits Navy Nuclear Force

WASHINGTON (AP) — The second exam-cheating scandal to hit the military this year involves the Navy.

Cheating allegations are being investigated involving about one-fifth of Navy trainers at a school for nuclear power reactor operators.

The trainers have to pass a test to be certified. The instruction involves nuclear propulsion, not weapons.
