Frank’s International Letting More People Go

Frank's International made it a reality today, the cuts they they announced would happen back in March, were made official today.

Our news partners at KATC report that 150 workers are losing their jobs.

The changes will impact the Lafayette and surrounding areas, but where to jobs were being lost from were not specified.

In their statement, they said they are focused on cost saying measures to ensure the continued viability of the company to provide equipment and services to their customers.

A drop in oil prices in the past year have lead to multiple rounds of job losses with various companies with branches in Acadiana.
