This gives new meaning to the term "going Dutch."

An Englishman met a woman on a singles site called "Plenty of Fish," and they went on a date. When she turned him down for a second date, he sent her a bill for $53.00, roughly half the cost of their first date.

According to The Metro, she obligingly paid it, sending half the amount to him, and donating the other half to a donkey center...seriously!  Think there's a message here?

She also went home with his watch. He messaged to say it was worth $25, but not to bother returning it, because he couldn't bear the pain. She mailed it to the lost and found department of a nearby police station.

In my experience, a grocery store is a better place to meet potential dates than a singles website.
