The guy who founded Jelly Belly jelly beans is pulling a real-life Willy Wonka. David Klein has announced he's giving away a Jelly Belly candy factory via a nationwide treasure hunt.

David Klein, the founder of The Jelly Belly jelly beans and Tricky Treasures has announced he is getting ready to retire and wants to give back to all of the people who love candy as much as he does.

And, by giving back he means giving away a Jelly Belly candy factory!

KSLA reports Klein and his partner have already begun traveling across the country "hiding gold-style tickets in the form of necklaces in places they come across with an interesting story."

As of now, the plan is to have multiple treasure hunts for gold tickets in each state.

To participate, you'll have to join a treasure hunt. Each hunt will be limited to 1,000 participants and costs $49.99 to enter a treasure hunt.

If you find one of the necklaces, you'll win $5,000 and earn your spot in the final treasure hunt to win a Jelly Belly candy factory.

To be honest, it seems like this contest has blown up faster than Klein was ready for which is leading to a lot of questions that as of now don't have answers. What is known is that the factory up for grabs if 4,000 square feet and is located in Florida.
