Jennings Man And Woman Arrested in Abandoned Home On Prostitution Charges

Two Jennings residents are facing drug and prostitution charges after being found in an abandoned home.

According to our news partners at KATC, the two were allegedly spotted walking up to an abandoned home were several no trespassing signs were posted. When police officers entered the home they found 42- year-old Marsena Alexander and 54-year-old Rayford Johnson sitting on the back stoop of the house. According to the officer that found the two, Alexander swallowed a rock of crack cocaine in an attempt to conceal it from the officer.

Both individuals were booked into the Jeff Davis Parish Jail.
