Lafayette Road Closures Happening Today

Sterling Street is closed until 5 PM today as workers install 2 asphalt speed humps on the street.

St. Charles Street is closed until 5 PM today as workers install 1 asphalt speed hump on the street.

In both cases, detour routes are posted and people are being allowed to get to their homes.

Also, the westbound lane and shoulder of East Milton Avenue between Rue De Repos and Picard Road is today from 7:30 AM until 4 PM. DOTD workers are performing bridge repairs.
