LDH: August 11th Louisiana COVID-19 UPDATE
The Louisiana Department of Health has issued its daily update for Tuesday, August 11th.
There have been 133,125 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Louisiana. That's 1,164 more reported cases since yesterday.
Numbers show that there are 1,335 reported COVID-19 patients currently hospitalized. That's down 47 since yesterday.
214 patients are on ventilators across the state. That is 1 fewer than yesterday
The total number of deaths due to COVID-19 is 4,195. That is 26 more reported deaths since yesterday.
As of today, 89,083 COVID-19 patients are presumed to have recovered. That's 14,837 presumed recovered patients since the last report released last week.
The total number of coronavirus cases that have been in the Acadiana region is 21,580 with 480 total deaths reported.
Lafayette Parish: 7,723 total cases, 96 total deaths

Iberia Parish: 2,561 total cases, 73 total deaths

St. Mary Parish: 1,631 total cases, 55 total deaths
