LDH: July 13th Louisiana COVID-19 UPDATE

The Louisiana Department of Health has issued its daily update for Monday, July 13th.

There have been 79,827 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Louisiana. There are 1,705 more reported cases since yesterday.

Numbers show that there are 1,308 reported COVID-19 patients currently hospitalized.

142 patients are on ventilators across the state.

The total number of deaths due to COVID-19 increased by 7 to 3,315.

As of today, 46,334 COVID-19 patients are presumed to have recovered. That's 3,308 more recovered patients since last week.

The total number of coronavirus cases that have been in the Acadiana region is 10,620 with 284 total deaths reported.

Lafayette Parish: 3,988 total cases, 54 total deaths

Iberia Parish: 1,337 total cases, 51 total deaths

St. Martin Parish: 1,050 total cases, 27 total deaths

St. Mary Parish: 801 total cases, 39 total deaths

St. Landry Parish: 1,159 total cases, 60 total deaths

Acadia Parish: 1,383 total cases, 45 total deaths

Evangeline Parish: 334 total cases, 1 total death

Vermilion Parish: 568 total cases, 7 total deaths
