LDH: July 30th Louisiana COVID-19 UPDATE
The Louisiana Department of Health has issued its daily update for Thursday, July 30th.
There have been 114,481 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Louisiana. That's 1,708 more reported cases since yesterday.
Numbers show that there are 1,524 reported COVID-19 patients currently hospitalized. That's down 20 since yesterday.
205 patients are on ventilators across the state. That's 16 fewer than were reported yesterday.
The total number of deaths due to COVID-19 is 3,811. That is 42 more reported deaths since yesterday.
As of today, 74,246 COVID-19 patients are presumed to have recovered. That's 12,790 presumed recovered patients since the last report released last week.
The total number of coronavirus cases that have been in the Acadiana region is 17,241 with 399 total deaths reported.
Lafayette Parish: 6,096 total cases, 83 total deaths

Iberia Parish: 2,126 total cases, 61 total deaths

St. Martin Parish: 1,461 total cases, 43 total deaths

St. Mary Parish: 1,356 total cases, 47 total deaths

St. Landry Parish: 2,054 total cases, 70 total deaths

Acadia Parish: 2,299 total cases, 71 total deaths
