LDH: June 29th Louisiana COVID-19 Update
The Louisiana Department of Health has issued its daily update for Monday, June 29th.
There have been 57,081 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Louisiana. There are 845 more reported cases since yesterday.
Numbers show that there are 737 reported COVID-19 patients currently hospitalized - 22 more than were reported yesterday.
79 patients are on ventilators across the state. That is 3 more patients since yesterday.
The total number of deaths reported due to the coronavirus is now at 3,091, a increase of 5 deaths since yesterday.
As of today, 42,225 COVID-19 patients are presumed to have recovered. That's 2,433 more recovered patients since last week.
The total number of coronavirus cases that have been in the Acadiana region is 5,757 with 251 total deaths reported.
Lafayette Parish: 2,058 total cases, 41 total deaths
