Once again, the LSU Tigers are the top-ranked team in the latest Associated Press Top 25 poll, which was released on Sunday, while the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns are receiving some love in both the AP and Coaches Poll.

It's the fifth-straight week LSU, who defeated Arkansas last week, 56-20, is ranked number one in the AP Poll.

The Tigers, who are now 11-0 on the season, return to action on Saturday, when they take on the Texas A&M Aggies in an SEC match-up.

LSU received 50 of a possible 62 first-place votes in the poll, with Ohio St. receiving nine and Clemson three.

Ohio St., Clemson, Georgia, and Alabama round out the top five.

Utah, Oklahoma, Florida, Minnesota, and Michigan are ranked 6-10, respectively.

Appalachian St. is up one spot, to #22, this week.

Meanwhile, Louisiana, who has won 9 of their last 10 games, and is 9-2 on the season, received votes in both polls.

The Cajuns, who captured a dominating 53-3 win over Troy last Saturday, and who host ULM this Saturday evening (6:30 pm), recorded one vote in the AP Poll, while also receiving 10 votes in this week's Coaches Poll, and are #31 in that poll.
