We've all had our phones "go off" at an inopportune time. Usually, it's a phone call during a meeting, a text tone in the doctor's office, or that funny ringtone blaring through the church just as they are about to close the casket. It's never fun for the user but I guess it could always be worse.

Charles Hall a 60-year-old resident of New Orleans was checking in through security at the Social Security Administration offices in that city when he was asked to silence his phone. When he did the phone lit up with a very disturbing image.

displayed an image depicting the sexual victimization of a prepubescent child

Those were words used to describe the image according to a release by the office of U.S.Attorney Duane A. Evans.

Officers with the Federal Protective Service, Louisiana Bureau of Investigation and Homeland Security Investigations arrested Hall on the spot. The incident happened on April 12th of this year. Hall was indicted yesterday and as of last night was still incarcerated. He is facing up to 20 years in prison, followed by up to a life term of supervised release, and a $250,000 fine. He would also be required to register as a sex offender.
