No Parking On The Interstate Highways

Vehicles parking along interstate highways have become a concern for the Louisiana State Police. State Trouper Melissa Matey says cars and trucks parked just off the shoulder pose a serious hazard. Trouper Matey says the biggest risk comes when vehicles exit and re-enter the flow of traffic on the highway. Trouper Matey says State Police will take action to clear illegally parked vehicles and reminds driver that there are consequences.
