New Coffee Shop Coming To Lafayette, Louisiana

We really are lucky to have so many excellent locally owned coffee shops, such as Classic Cup in Maurice, Revê in Downtown Lafayette, along with Carpe Diem, and Jet Coffee of course.

Even with all of these incredible coffee shops, there is always room for one more.

New Coffee Shop Coming To Lafayette and Now Hiring

2424 Ambassador Caffery Pkwy will be welcoming a new coffee shop soon. The building was once home to KFC, Hardee's, and Smitty's Wings. Now it will take on a family-operated coffee shop that will certainly help fill the coffee shop void on that end of Ambassador.

Noni's Coffee & Eats plans to serve up all your favorite espresso beverages plus breakfast staples made from scratch.

Not in the mood for coffee but need an afternoon pick me up? Noni's menu will also feature a variety of lunch items plus teas and lemonade.

Owner Jodi Taylor explains that she won't be quitting nursing, but will be paving the way for her family to make a living and grow a family-owned business together.

Taylor tells Developing Lafayette that her son Sidney Morain will be the General Manager and says she hopes her cafe is recognized as a place that offers "friendly and courteous service, home-made products."

Noni's Coffee & Eats is Now Hiring

Noni's is looking for cashiers, baristas, cooks, and shift leaders.

Walk-in Interviews will be held on the following days:

Wednesday April 17th – 8AM to 12PM
Thursday April 18th – 8AM to 12PM
Monday, April 28th – 8AM to 12PM
Tuesday April 29th – 1PM to 4PM
Wednesday April 30th – 8AM to 12PM

When Does Noni's Coffee & Eats Open?

Noni's is set to open the first week of May and will be open for business every day from 5AM to 8PM Monday through Friday and 6AM to 8PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
