Out-Of-State Driver Dies From Fatal Crash In Iberia Parish

An out-of-state driver riding through Iberia Parish is dead following a crash earlier this month.

State Police say 52-year-old Delcenia Reyes of Salinas, California, died in the hospital this week after her vehicle overturned off the side of the road on LA Highway 674 near Blanchard, suffering - at the time – severe injuries. Authorities say she was not wearing a seatbelt.

It's not known if Reyes was impaired as the investigation continues.
