Ragin’ Cajuns Fan & Family Play Day Has Been Canceled

With the anticipation of inclement weather expected to hit Acadiana tomorrow, Ragin' Cajuns Fan and Family PLAYday has been canceled.

Originally scheduled for Saturday, May 4th from 10am to 2pm, organizers pulled the plug after seeing the projected forecast would be detrimental to an outdoor event such as this.

The event is organized by Ragin' Cajun Athletics, Our Lady of Lourdes Women's & Children's Hospital, Park Place Surgical Hospital, Southwest Louisiana Area Health Education Center (SWLAHEC) and KLFY TV-10.

It is expected to take place this fall, and in the spring of 2020.

The free event features a football toss, fun jumps, a rock wall, an obstacle course, exercise demonstrations, summer camp information, free car seat safety checks and more.
