Senator Elbert Guillory Working For Re-election

He has been representing the constituents of District 24 in Louisiana's State Senate, and Senator Elbert Guillory is competing against Opelousas Mayor Don Cravins for the seat in this Saturday's run-off election.

Guillory says there are a variety of reasons why he believes he is more qualified than his opponent to continue representing the people of district 24.  One of the main reasons, according to Guillory, is that he views himself as much more fiscally conservative than Cravins. 

Guillory says he wants to conintue his hard work representing the people of the district with hard work, fiscal responsibility and a commitment to the betterment of the job's scene in his district.
