Yesterday 49 year old Tyrone Bradshaw of Los Angeles, California pleaded guilty to failing to register as a sex offender after traveling to Louisiana. According to evidence presented at the guilty plea Bradshaw traveled to Alexandria, Louisiana where he obtained a state identification card on August 3, 2012 and listed his address as Lake Charles, Louisiana. When he acquired the ID card he did not divulge his sex offender status as required by law. Bradshaw had a California conviction from November 1985 in which he pleaded guilty to kidnapping, forcible rape and robbery of a 16 year old.

Bradshaw was released from prison in 1994 and now faces up to 10 years in prison, five years to life supervised release and a $250,000 fine. Sentencing has been set for February 26, 2015.
