Lafayette Man Arrested In Hit-And-Run Death

36-year-old Donald Marcus Tezeno of Lafayette turned himself in to Lafayette Police Friday morning and has been booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center for Felony Hit and Run Driving with Death.

The Lafayette Police Department is hoping that two photos will help to the solve a hit and run case from October 1 that claimed a man's life.

Lafayette Police Department Spokeswoman Bridgette Dugas says that 19-year-old Kirk Broussard was killed while riding his bicycle on Acadian Hills Lane.

The fatal crash happened at around 8:45 that evening in the 100 block of the roadway.
