UL Architecture Students To Present Design Plans To St. Martinville
Graduate Students at University of Louisiana at Lafayette students will be making a public presentation to city officials of St. Martinville tonight.
The students, along with city officials and civic planners, have been working on design proposals to come up with ideas to be used in the development of a public park around Bayou Teche.
According to a press release from the U-L Lafayette, the students are getting real life knowledge and practical experience by collaborating on the project.
Students will present their design ideas at a meeting at 6 o'clock tonight at La Maison Duchamp at 201 South main Street in St. Martinville.
The project is related to their "Architecture 502 Urban Design Studio" course.
