I hope this works.

Could a robot be the solution to ending COVID-19? A San Antonio-based company, Xenex Disinfection Services, claims they have a robot, that costs close to $100,000, that can zap/kill the coronavirus.

TMZ reports that the company has the robot working on army bases and on some college campuses. The robot basically disinfects a room, thus stopping the transmission of the virus from one person to the next.

So how does this robot zap the virus, TMZ says, "The robot uses a xenon lamp to generate bursts of high intensity, full germicidal spectrum UVC light -- more intense than sunlight -- to deactivate viruses, bacteria and spores."

Because of the intense UVC light emitted from the robot, it must be placed in a room that is NOT occupied by people or pets.

As you may expect, sales up for this San Antonio company and now folks are even naming the robots while they do work.

Is this the solution to the COVID-19? I don't know. But a lot of people are using this robot and seeing positive results.
