Our AC had stopped working in the middle of our road trip. I was recommended by another mechanic in the area that they were really good. So not knowing any mechanics in the area, I trusted the words of this mechanic and just showed up at Specialty Automotive at 8 am. John, at the front, was extremely considerate about my schedule since I was still in the middle of our road trip, gave me the detailed information on what they are about to check, the timeframe and constantly gave me updates. Even though my AC situation was more than just a simple fix, he has even suggested to me how to explain my AC situation to the mechanics back home or a mechanic at my next destination.
