16th Judicial Court Re-Schedules Court Dates

The 16th Judicial District Court is re-scheduling court dates following the recent flood.

Court proceedings for the 16th Judicial District Court have been cancelled for Monday August 15th. This includes court sessions in the following parishes: Iberia, St. Martin, and St. Mary. 

Those scheduled to be in court on Monday, August 15 in New Iberia are ordered to appear on Friday, August,19 AT 9:00AM.

Individuals scheduled to appear in court Monday in St. Martin Parish are ordered to be in court on Thursday, August 18 at 9:00AM.

Those scheduled to appear in St. Mary Parish on Monday, August 15 must be in court on Thursday, August 18 at 9:00AM.
