Acadian Ambulance Flipped On Side After Crash in Lafayette
An Acadian Ambulance unit was involved in a crash in Lafayette on Saturday afternoon, and the ambulance ended up on its side.
Our media partners at KATC TV-3 posted a video from the scene as part of the intersection at the University and Taft was closed while authorities worked to clear the scene.
KATC reports that there were no serious injuries in the crash, but this video below is a reminder to slow down and be safe on the roads this holiday season
The Ambulance was pushed up against a utility pole while on its side after the collision.
We don't know who was in the wrong here, but you can see the front end of an SUV smashed in while it is on a tow truck.
