Arnaudville Man Arrested, Released For Drug Possession

An Arnaudville man was arrested Tuesday amid allegations he was in possession of marijuana and other drug paraphernalia.

According to the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office, 35-year-old Joseph Quebedeaux was arrested Tuesday morning after detectives were called out to assist patrol deputies with a single car crash on Hwy. 90 near Amelia.

Detectives found marijuana and other paraphernalia inside Quebedeaux's car. He was arrested and released on a summons to appear in court in May.
