Congressman Jeff Landry is being recognized for his efforts in the healthcare industry.

The Healthcare Leadership Council, a coalition of leaders of the nation's premier health care companies and organizations, honored Landry as a "Champion of Healthcare Innovation" at its annual Healthcare Innovations Expo on Capitol Hill. Since taking office, Landry has voted to repeal Obamacare at least 19 times, saying we need something more affordable and more patient-centered. Also, he's declined his Congressional health care and retirement benefits.
