Broussard, LA  October 9, 2014 - Courtesy Automotive, the largest local automotive group in Acadiana, is set to unveil a brand new state-of-the-art facility in Broussard at the end of this month.

“We are excited to expand the Courtesy brand into the city of Broussard to offer the same first-rate service and satisfaction that we have been known for throughout Acadiana for three decades” says Don Hargroder Sr., founder and owner of Courtesy Automotive Group.
Hargroder, who opened his first dealership in Lafayette in 1987, says the vision for this new facility in Broussard came to him about five years ago, when he recognized the town’s huge potential for growth and appealing geographic location.

“Aside from being the fastest growing city in Acadiana, the Broussard area presents such a unique opportunity because it’s centrally located right where Iberia, Lafayette, and St. Martin parishes all meet,” Hargroder explains. “To be able to touch and service three different parishes with one dealership and positively contribute to those three parish economies and be a part of their respective communities...it is just really exciting”.
Courtesy’s 15 acre facility, which will specialize in the sale and service of new Chevrolet and Cadillac vehicles along with pre-owned vehicles, will replace Courtesy’s current Chevy/Cadillac showroom located just a few miles down the road on Highway 90 in New Iberia.

“This move is a part of our vision to redesign the group for the next generation,” said Courtesy Automotive Group CEO, Paul Stroderd.

“The new facility has been meticulously planned to provide the ultimate buying experience for our customers,” added Brady Bowen, General Manager. Together, the team behind the state-of-the-art facility promise that their new dealership will not only deliver an exceptional level of service and support while remaining locally owned and operated, but will also create jobs and positively contribute to the local economies.

The All-New Courtesy Broussard is set to open before the end of October at 1345 Evangeline Thruway in Broussard. The Courtesy team plans to formally celebrate the opening with a ribbon cutting followed by other grand opening festivities to follow later this year.
