BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has named his Louisiana campaign team, ahead of the state's March 5 primary.

New Orleans businessman Jay Batt, a former city councilman and current chairman of the Allstate Sugar Bowl, is chairing Trump's Louisiana campaign effort. Co-chairmen are Tim Breaux of Lafayette and Wayne Ryan of Alexandria.

Ryan Lambert is the Trump campaign's state director. He has worked on the 2012 campaign for Republican U.S. Rep. Charles Boustany of Lafayette and the 2014 campaign of Republican U.S. Rep. Garret Graves of Baton Rouge.
