I-10 Widening Project Continues This Week In Lafayette & St. Martin Parishes

UPDATE: As part of the I-10 Widening Project, the right lane of I-10 WESTBOUND from MM 109 to MM 107 will be closed TONIGHT (Friday, February 1st.). DOTD crews will be making changes to these weigh station ramps in St. Martin Parish from 8 PM until 6 AM TOMORROW MORNING.

Work on 2 overpasses are happening this week as part of the I-10 Widening Project happening in Lafayette and St. Martin Parishes.

• I-10 EASTBOUND (left lane) from Francois Coulee Bridge to Louisiana Avenue Overpass is being closed NIGHTLY until Saturday, February 2 - from 8 PM until 6 AM, weather permitting.
• LA 328 (Rees Street) in both directions under the I-10 Overpass is being closed NIGHTLY until Sunday, February 3 - from 8 PM until 6 AM, weather permitting. DETOUR NORTHBOUND: I-10 Eastbound to LA 347 then I-10 Westbound to LA 328 North; DETOUR SOUTHBOUND: I-10 Westbound to Louisiana Avenue then I-10 Eastbound to LA 328 South.
