A few weeks ago we reported that LSU was replacing one of their old scoreboards with a massive new one, and we now have a look at the video board in action.

LSU is preparing for their upcoming 2024 football season and when fans return to Tiger Stadium not only will they be greeted with a new massive video board in the north endzone, but they will also notice a new lightning system and additional lighting stripes across the stands.

For weeks we've been waiting to see the new video board in Tiger Stadium and now it appears to be in its final stage of construction.

Production crews are testing the new board in the stadium and here's a first look at it in action. Not only will this enhance the visual excitement in "Death Valley," but now the messages will be easily seen, like when it's time to get LOUD.

LSU's first home game this year in Tiger Stadium is against  Nicholls on September 7th at 6:30 pm.

Here's a look at the construction of the video board from the back, look at how massive this structure is. And yes, you may see this board in Gonzales, Louisiana at night when it's lit up.
