One of the Chili’s Restaurants in Lafayette Has Permanently Closed
Another one bites the dust. One of the three Lafayette, Louisiana Chili's restaurants has shuttered.
According to several social media posts and other sources, the longtime Chili's located at 1734 W. Pinhook Road in Lafayette has permanently closed.
The Google listing for the restaurant confirms the news.
This leaves the Hub City with two other Chili's -- one at 3220 NE Evangeline Thruway and another at 4301 Ambassador Caffery Parkway. (This one moved further down on Ambassador into the old O'Charley's location in 2019.)
The other Acadiana locations of Chili's include New Iberia (2910 Hwy 14), Crowley (827 Odd Fellows Rd), and Abbeville (3009 Veterans Memorial Drive).

Yet others took a more sympathetic view of the situation, thinking of the employees who had just lost their jobs right before the holidays.
