As Hurricane Francine rolls through south Louisiana, local officials in multiple area parishes have set curfews for Wednesday and Thursday.

Below is the information we have regarding curfews so far:

IBERIA PARISH

Iberia Parish President M. Larry Richard has declared a curfew for all of Iberia Parish, including the municipalities of Delcambre, Jeanerette, Loreauville, and New Iberia, beginning Wednesday, September 11 from 11:00 am through Thursday, September 12 at 7:00 am.

This curfew prohibits and/or controls pedestrian and vehicular traffic, except essential emergency vehicles and personnel. The curfew does not apply to anyone going to and from their place of employment for purposes of work or any other critical or essential business activity as specifically defined by the United States Department of Homeland Security, Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security Agency.

The City of Jeanerette has slightly different hours though. The curfew there will be from 8:00 pm on Wednesday until 6:00 am on Thursday.

ST. MARY PARISH

The Town of Berwick will be enforcing a curfew from 11:00 am on Wednesday, September 11, until 6:00 am on Thursday, September 12.

The City of Morgan City will also be under a curfew from 11:00 am Wednesday until 6:00 am Thursday.
