Louisiana Family Searching For Good Samaritan Who Put Out Chicken Coop Fire
A Louisiana family is searching for the good samaritan who put out a fire in their backyard last week so they can thank him personally.

The Pryor family was not home when their chicken coop caught fire Monday morning around 9:30 AM. Shelbi Pryor explained that she typically would have been home around this time; however, she was on a field trip with her daughter's school. Shelbi and Myles, along with their three kids, are devastated by the loss of their chickens and baby chicks, who were inside the coop when it unexpectedly caught fire.
While the Pryors are saddened by this unfortunate event, they are more focused on finding the man who stopped to put out the fire that was moments away from spreading to their home just a few feet away.
Monday morning around 9:30-10, a civilian driving by saw the fire and sprung into action. He stopped, grabbed their hose, and successfully extinguished the fire.
This man's quick thinking quite literally saved our home, dog, and all of our possessions.
The only information they have received is that he was driving a white SUV. The Pryor family posted on Facebook asking for the community's help in finding the man who saved their home. So far, they have not received any leads that could help them find this good samaritan.
The fire took place near Rayne, Louisiana, in the Roberts Cove area. Hopefully, social media can help the Pryor family find this kind man so they can thank him personally.
We would like all the help finding this man to personally thank him for his selfless act. Truly an angel.
