Jeff Davis Student Arrested For School Shooting Threat
17-year-old Christopher Simon Marshall of Jennings was arrested today for allegedly threatening to "shoot up" Hathaway High School.
According to KATC deputies say Marshall sent out a threat on social media to students this morning warning them not to go to school. Marshall reportedly said he was going to "shoot up" the school.
Marshall was arrested this morning and charged with terrorizing. He was booked into the Jeff Davis Parish jail on a $1,000 bond.
As parents, we've all got to talk to our kids about the seriousness of making these kinds of threats.
