Vermilionville is looking for an intern (paid) to help with a summer research project.

This summer, the Vermilionville Museum is looking for an enthusiastic public history student to help with the research, reinterpretation, and panel creation of an original Acadian structure. This house serves as an introduction to the entire village, and is the starting point for tours. Vermilionville can offer a small stipend of $1000 for June 1-August 14th.

Main responsibilities for the position include research and writing for a re-interpretation project.

Qualifications:

•  Must have excellent organizational skills

•  Must have excellent writing skills

•  Must have excellent historic research skills
