Lafayette Deputies Look For Armed Robbery Suspect

Lafayette Parish Sheriff's deputies are investigating the armed robbery of Dollar General that happened around 9 o'clock last night.

Deputies say they are looking for a light-skinned black male between five feet, five inches and five feet, nine inches tall.

The robber was wearing a dark-colored pull over, khaki pants and black shoes.

Detectives are asking anyone with information about the suspect to call the Lafayette Sheriff's Office at 337-236-5620 or 337-236-5895.

The Dollar General that was robbed is located at 853 Louisiana Highway 1252.
