The executive budget presented by Lafayette Mayor-President Josh Guillory is getting its day before the Lafayette City and Parish Councils. Rec Centers and the budget for the parish jail are both in the spotlight this week. **UPDATE** On Thursday afternoon, the Mayor-President's office announced that the rec centers would be fully funded in a one-year deal.
