Lafayette Police are on the hunt for two suspects who robbed their victim after forcing him to withdraw cash from an ATM.

According to our news partner, KATC, police said the victim was 1200 block of W. Pinhook Road, between S. College and Audubon Boulevard, when he was approached by two black males around 3:20 a.m. this morning.

One of the suspects forced the victim to get into his own car at gunpoint and had the victim drive to a bank near the intersection of Johnston and Bertrand Streets.

The victim was then forced to withdraw the cash.

The suspects were said to be seen driving a silver Dodge Chrysler.

Detectives are encouraging anyone with information about the robbery to call Lafayette Police or Crime Stoppers at 232-TIPS.
