The Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns are Officially Bowl Bound, Headed to New Mexico

The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Football team has officially accepted an invitation to the 19th Annual Isleta New Mexico Bowl in Albuquerque, N.M.! The Cajuns will face Big 12 opponent TCU.

Louisiana (10-3) is making its seventh straight bowl trip and will appear in the Isleta New Mexico Bowl for the first time. This marks the program’s 14th overall bowl appearance, boasting an official 7-4 record in postseason play.

The Ragin' Cajuns will face a solid opponent in TCU (8-4), who closed their season strong with wins against Oklahoma State, Arizona, and Cincinnati. The Horned Frogs are led by head coach Sonny Dykes, with Lafayette native and former St. Thomas More standout Jack Bech serving as the team’s leading receiver.
