The lockdown at Beau Chene High School has been lifted after deputies with the St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office cleared the St. Landry Parish school of two threats on Wednesday.

Deputies responded in reference to a student in possession of a gun. While there, deputies found a bomb threat written on a wall.

Authorities deemed the school safe following a sweep of the school.

No arrests have been reported at this time.
