Photos Our Friends Shared of South Louisiana Christmas Trees

Lafayette, LA (KPEL News) - It's the most wonderful time of the year! Whether the temperature is 40 or 80 in south Louisiana, most of us love to celebrate the season with trees, lights, and decorations to get and keep us in the Christmas spirit.

We asked you to show us your Christmas trees on the KPEL Facebook page, and you didn't disappoint. The decorations are beautiful, and some of them are quite unique.

PS We saw the couple of comments about when Christmas starts, according to the liturgical calendar. Point taken. We want to enjoy the season as long as possible. Some folks celebrate their birthdays for an entire month. Jesus deserves at least that.
